A wooden frame house with a metal roof with a built-up area of 31.5 m2. The interior space is divided into a lower living area with an area of 24.5m2 and a 12m2 loft serving primarily as a bedroom. The house also has a covered terrace with an area of 7m2. The front part of the house is completely glazed with double doors, the back side has wooden cladding and 2 windows. One larger window to the living room and a smaller one to the bathroom. The house does not have other windows in the standard version. However, the construction and modularity of the house allows, if the customer requests, to install 1-4 skylights and also 1-3 large side windows up to the floor with the possibility of opening. The variability of the frame construction also allows working with the possible length of the house in steps of 1.2m. As a custom request, we can therefore deliver a house longer than the standard models offered. An example is the basic Barn House type, which is 1.2m longer in the living area than the Barn Light. But if that is not enough, we can prepare an individual calculation for the required length.
